Summer Road Trip!

Jennifer and I took a 12-day summer road trip during the last half of August, and we've got the pictures to prove it! Lots of pictures.

That's Jennifer kayaking beneath the impressive Mazinaw Rock, and that's the second kayaking adventure of the trip. We started in Toronto, then headed east to Brockville via Prince Edward County. That was a hot trip.

Kristin joined us for the weekend and we did some kayaking and biking. From there it was on to Montreal for a three-night stay, with a stop or two along the way. After Montreal, we headed to Ottawa for one night, then on to the final part: four nights in Bon Echo Provincial Park. Again, Kristin joined us for the weekend part that involved lots of hiking.

The trip home took most of the day, because the journey is the best part. 

For this photo album, I am experimenting with something new -- a program called Ozio Gallery that pulls albums directly from the amazing Google Photos. So far, it looks pretty good, especially considering it cuts out about 80% of the work I normally put into building one of these galleries. Enjoy!
