This geocoin is a bit of a mystery. I can't remember where I got it, and I am not sure who "Chill" is. There is a geocacher with the handle "chills" who registered back in 2003 and lasted visited the site in 2009. They found a total of two geocaches, both in Texas. (Not much snowmobiling in Texas.) Other than that, I know nothing about this geocoin except that it is sparkly and I like it.
