W4MK (Antique Silver)

Rio Rancho, New Mexico geocacher W4MK has lots of different hobbies, amateur radio being one of them (W4MK is his call sign). Personally, I think he hit the jackpot with the design on this geocoin. The retro design on the obverse is a feast for the eyes and that's what is landing it on my favourites list. And the reverse is fun, too. The "73" on the ammo box is "ham-speak" for "best regards" or a compliment between friends. Historically, it had other meanings too. Nice geocoin.
