ElementalJay first previewed his personal geocoin in June 2006, wondering if he should make 100, or 500 to get the custom icon. In June 2007, they went on sale (with a custom icon).Here is the official description:

The four elements are displayed on this geocoin. They represent air (he is a paratrooper for the Army), earth (his four wheeling jeep), fire (he was a volunteer fire fighter), and water (his scuba diving hobby). This personal geocoin also resembles the steer horns strapped on the grill of Elemental Jay's geomobile.
