Southern Ontario Cachers

I don't really know who issued this geocoin, but it seems to be a web-less organization called Southern Ontario Cachers. When the geocoins are activated, they are referred to as "Southern Ontario Geocoins", however, the geocoin design has nothing on it indicating southern Ontario. It has a very nice beaver on it, though, and that's good enough for me! However, I am not entirely sure what it means... is it suggesting that wild beavers are taking care of caches in Ontario? Hmm...
