This is the 2007 personal geocoin issue from New Jersey geocacher(s) Cachehunters42. This issue goes back to the original obverse, with an improved reverse. The 3D engraving is very well done, with lots of detail (if you look with a 10X loupe, you can see the bear has a couple of cavities).
