Falcon Loader is a Falcon Loader from Maryland. The Falcon is a F-16 Fighting Falcon jet fighter aircraft and I presume that the "loader" refers to the person who crams it full of missiles and ammunition so it can ply its trade. This geocoin sold out rapidly when it was first issued and unfortunately I had my head turned at the time. Fortunately, a geocacher in Germany who I had traded with in the past contacted me and arranged a double trade.
