This is a commercial geocoin issued by a geocoin club that makes new geocoins every month. Subscribers belong to the club and get geocoins sight unseen. Every once in a while they come out with neat geocoins, and this is one of them. The dragon on green obverse and the reverse are nice, although the actual dragon engraving leaves a little bit to be desired.
