I aggressively collected geocoins from May 2006 through to the end of 2008. Presented here are 986 of the approximately 1,040 geocoins I acquired during the frenzy.

Rhein-Nahe 2006

Rhein-Nahe 2006

This is the first Rhein-Nahe geocoin by German geocaching team DRunners. Rhein-Nahe is a collective municipality consisting of ten German municipalities. The obverse of the geocoin shows an area castle, the Mouse Tower on a small island in the Rhine, and Rotenfels -- the Red Rock -- a 202 m high, 1,200 m long cliff that is the largest drop-off between the Alps and Scandanavia.
