I aggressively collected geocoins from May 2006 through to the end of 2008. Presented here are 986 of the approximately 1,040 geocoins I acquired during the frenzy.

SwedenHawk (Black Nickel)

SwedenHawk is a geocacher from Weimar, Germany who also likes bicycling and archery both of which he has included on his personal geocoin. SwedenHawk made 100 of each finish in "soft enamel" colours (which were sold), and 50 of each finish in "hard enamel" colours for trading. At the time of this writing, I am not 100% sure what the difference actually is, but I think "soft" means the colours are filled in smooth on the geocoin, and "hard" means the colours are contained within the metal outlines, which rise above the colours. But I could be wrong on that.
